NICK’S MERCEDES SPRINTER

Nick was looking to have a fully off-grid vehicle to permanently live on the road. This produced the opportunity to install complex heating, plumbing and electrical systems.

The van features a Birch ply and Ash kitchen with LPG gas hob, sink and top loading fridge. Additionally there is a seating area, bed, shower room and toilet, along with cedar cladding throughout.

It is a beautiful clean space and an intelligent conversion about which we all felt both proud; we also learned a great deal from producing. It was a pleasure to design.

The water and heating systems were installed by Adrift Conversions, and the carpentry was also co-built and designed by Carmine Notaro.
